1. Overview

Lunio (“the App”) allows users to import video files, extract audio tracks, preview audio, and save/share extracted files. We designed Lunio to process content primarily on-device and to minimize data collection.

2. Information We Collect

We do not sell personal data.

We may process the following categories of data:

• User Content (on-device): videos you import, extracted audio files, clip names, favorites, and library metadata.
• App Preferences (on-device): local settings and usage state needed for app functionality.
• Support Communications: if you contact us directly by email, we process the information you provide in that message.

3. How We Use Information

We use information only to:

• provide core features (video import, audio extraction, preview, export, and library management),
• maintain app reliability and quality,
• respond to user support requests.

4. On-Device Processing

Lunio processes media locally on your device for its core functionality. By default, your imported videos and extracted audio are not uploaded to our servers.

5. Permissions and Access

Depending on your actions, Lunio may request access to:

• Photos (to import videos),
• Files (to import/export media),
• Share Extension input (when sharing media into Lunio).

You can revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

6. Sharing and Third-Party Destinations

When you use Share/Export actions, content is transferred only to the destination you explicitly choose (e.g., Files, GarageBand, other apps). Those third-party destinations are governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Third-Party Analytics / Tracking

Lunio currently does not use third-party analytics SDKs or ad tracking SDKs.

8. Data Retention

Your media and library entries remain on your device until you delete them. If future versions introduce cloud sync or server-side features, this policy will be updated before such changes apply.

9. Children's Privacy

Lunio is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

10. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal data (such as access, correction, deletion, or restriction). For requests, contact: al.yehorov@gmail.com.

11. International Use

If you use Lunio from different regions, local legal requirements may apply in addition to this policy.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Lunio, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lunio for lawful personal use.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• use Lunio only with content you own or are authorized to process,
• comply with applicable copyright, privacy, and other laws,
• not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the app.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the media you import, convert, store, or share using Lunio.

5. Intellectual Property

Lunio, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Oleksandr Yehorov (except third-party components used under their own licenses).

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Lunio to:

• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights,
• process/distribute unlawful material,
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.

7. Availability and Changes

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

8. Disclaimer

Lunio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oleksandr Yehorov is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data/profits arising from use of Lunio.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oleksandr Yehorov from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from your misuse of Lunio or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Access to Lunio may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.

12. Governing Framework

These Terms are interpreted and enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protections apply under local law, those protections remain unaffected.

13. Apple App Store Notice

If you obtained Lunio through Apple's App Store:

• these Terms are between you and Oleksandr Yehorov, not Apple,
• Apple is not responsible for Lunio or related claims beyond obligations imposed by law.
