1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Color & Relax (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our iOS coloring book application.
Color & Relax lets you browse line-art collections, color designs with tap-to-fill, save your progress, mark favorites, and export finished artwork to your photo library.
The App is designed to store your coloring data on your device. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Information the App processes
4.1 Coloring artwork and progress
When you color a design, the App processes the artwork image on your device and applies your chosen fill colors. If you leave a design partially or fully colored, the App may save a colored image file on your device so you can continue later.
This data powers artwork previews showing your progress, the “In Progress” section in your library, and restoring your session when you reopen a design.
4.2 Favorites and library metadata
If you mark a design as a favorite or record progress, the App stores locally: artwork identifier, collection identifier, favorite status, whether coloring progress exists, and last modified date.
4.3 Saving to Photos
If you choose to save your colored artwork, the App requests permission to add images to your photo library. We use this permission only when you explicitly tap Save. The App does not read your entire photo library.
4.4 Bundled content
The App includes built-in coloring collections delivered with the App. This content does not require an account.
4.5 Support communications
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to respond to your request.

You can change or revoke permissions in iOS Settings → Color & Relax.
6. Where data is stored
Colored artwork sessions and library data are saved in the App's private storage on your device. Data is not synced to our cloud and is not transmitted to us by default.
7. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Apple Inc. provides the operating system, App Store distribution, and system permission frameworks.
8. Data retention and deletion
Data remains on your device until you delete it in the App or remove the App. Resetting a design removes saved coloring progress for that design. Uninstalling Color & Relax removes App data from your device (subject to iOS behavior and backups).
9. Children's privacy
Color & Relax may be used by children under parental supervision. The App is not directed at children under 13 for independent use. Contact al.yehorov@gmail.com with concerns.
10. Security
We rely on your device's security and iOS app sandboxing.
11. International users
Data is processed on your device where you use the App.
12. Your rights

Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Color & Relax, provided by Oleksandr Yehorov. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Color & Relax allows you to browse coloring collections, color designs, undo and reset progress, save favorites, track in-progress designs, and save finished artwork to your photo library.
3. No account
No registration or cloud account is required.
4. Your content and artwork
Your colored results are stored on your device. Bundled line-art is licensed for personal coloring within the App, not for redistribution or resale.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, use it unlawfully, or redistribute bundled artwork outside permitted personal use.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, branding, and bundled content are owned by the Operator or licensors.
7. Free and future paid features
The App may be free. Optional paid features or subscriptions may be added in the future with terms shown before purchase.
8. Apple
Use is subject to Apple's App Store terms. Apple is not responsible for the App's content or support.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OLEKSANDR YEHOROV IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (OR ZERO IF FREE).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Operator from claims arising from your misuse of the App.
12. Privacy
Use is also governed by the Privacy Policy above.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the Operator's place of residence, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
